President/Chief Process Specialist
James Nicoletti “Jimmy” holds the position of company president at Nicoletti & Harris, Inc.
In 1987 he began working as a process server, serving papers in New York and New Jersey. Mr. Nicoletti learned the business well enough to venture out on his own and his success as a process server and entrepreneur is a reflection of his commitment to his business. Starting from the ground up, he enjoyed the benefits of establishing long lasting business relationships with law firms and enjoyed word of mouth referrals.
He is a member of the New York State Professional Process Server’s Association, The National Association of Professional Process Servers and the New Jersey Professional Process Servers Association.
He is also a member of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, Partnership for Justice. The New York State Academy of Trial Lawyers and the New Jersey Association for Justice. Additionally, Mr. Nicoletti has been recognized by the Italian Tribune for his outstanding legal services and commitment to fair and ethical business practices in 2003, 2005, 2006 and 2008. In 2006 he was the winner of the Publisher’s Front Page Award of the Italian Tribune, and was recognized as “the highly esteemed owner here [who has…] built up a reputation as the best to be envied; not only from among the many prominent law firms who are his clients and who often refer him to colleagues, but more importantly, he has earned the admiration and respect of his competitors, as well.”
In 1995 as part of his commitment to serve his clients in the best possible manner, he joined forces with Richard Harris Eisen to form Nicoletti & Harris, Inc., a leader in the service of process industry.
